The London Bridge Trio, comprising of David Adams – violin, Kate Gould – cello, and Daniel Tong – piano is one of Britain’s leading chamber ensembles known for their deeply nuanced and searching interpretation.
They have frequently appeared at Wigmore Hall and Kings Place as well as a residency at St. John’s Smith Square. Their name reflects an admiration for English music of the early twentieth century demonstrated in their hugely successful renditions of Frank Bridge.
In 2008 the ensemble founded its own chamber festival at Winchester which welcomes a capacity audience year after year. Their programme will feature works by both Felix and Fanny Mendelssohn and Robert Schumann.
